Welcome to JustAppoint (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JustAppoint mobile application and related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Definitions
“App” means the JustAppoint mobile application and related services. “User” or “you” means anyone using the App. “Content” means data, text, graphics, or other materials available through the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with parental or guardian involvement and consent.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the App you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
4. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or an updated “Last Updated” date.
5. Your Account
Account creation may be required for some features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, or other harmful behavior. You may delete your account via in-app options or by contacting support.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use the App to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, upload harmful content, reverse-engineer the App, or interfere with services. Misuse may result in termination and legal action.
7. User Content
By submitting content you grant JustAppoint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the App. You represent you have rights to submit the content and it does not violate laws or third-party rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
8. Payments (If Applicable)
If the App offers paid features, payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to applicable fees and payment terms. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our billing policy. As of now, there are no paid features in the app.
9. Privacy & Data
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using the App you consent to those practices.
10. Intellectual Property
All App content (designs, text, graphics, logos) is owned by or licensed to JustAppoint and protected by law. You may not reproduce or distribute App content without written permission.
11. Disclaimers & Limitations
No warranty: The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustAppoint and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted. You and we agree to waive the right to participate in class actions.
13. Marketing Communications
By using the App you may receive service-related and promotional notifications. You can opt out of promotional messages by disabling notifications in-app or on your device. Essential service notifications (e.g., booking confirmations) may still be sent.
