Delete Your Account

Deleting your account will permanently erase all your data, including bookings, customers, staff, payments, and business information. Please read this page carefully before proceeding.
What happens when you delete your account?
- Your account and all associated data are permanently removed from JustAppoint servers
- Your business profile, session blocks, and customer records are deleted
- Payment history and ledger information are erased
- Any pending bookings or reminders are cancelled
Before you delete
If you have active customers or pending bookings, we recommend:
- Export or backup your business data
- Notify your customers about account closure
- Resolve any outstanding payments
How to delete your account
- Open the JustAppoint app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Enter your password to confirm your identity
- Review the confirmation message and tap "Permanently Delete"
- Your account will be deleted immediately
